These terms govern your use of the Shiva Center app.

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account and using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

We provide a Vedic-calendar companion: daily panchanga, a practice-tracking tool, a content library, event bookings, and consultations with teachers.

Panchanga and astrological information are provided for spiritual and informational purposes only. They are not medical, legal, or financial advice.

Events and consultations are paid per booking. Prices are shown before you confirm and are charged through our payment processor.

A consultation is charged only after a teacher confirms a time. Refunds, where applicable, are handled by our team on request.

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service lawfully and respectfully toward teachers and other users.

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that panchanga calculations, availability, or notifications will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
