Account information you provide when you sign up (name and email address), managed through our authentication provider.

Location and timezone you set in your profile, used solely to calculate your personalized Vedic calendar (panchanga).

Records of the events and consultations you book, and your practice-tracking activity.

How we use your information

To provide the core service: your daily panchanga, practice tracking, and content in your language.

To process the bookings and consultations you pay for, and to send you related confirmations and reminders.

To send notifications you have opted into. You can opt out at any time from your profile.

Third-party services

We rely on trusted processors to run the service: authentication, payment processing, content management, email delivery, push notifications, hosting, and our database. Each processes only the data needed for its function.

Payments are handled entirely by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card details.

Usage measurement

Our hosting provider measures how the app is used in aggregate: which pages are opened, and the country, device type, browser and referring site of the visit. This is counted, not profiled.

This measurement sets no cookies, does not follow you to other websites, and is never linked to your name, email or account. We do not sell it or share it for advertising.

Separately, we keep an error-reporting tool so we can find and fix crashes. It records the technical details of a failure, not your activity.

Your rights

You can access and correct your profile information at any time from within the app.

You can delete your account from your profile, which removes your account data.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. Booking and payment records may be retained longer where required for legal or accounting purposes.
